Euro Delivery Discount

Is the 7% Euro delivery discount still happening? I can't get a straight answer out of my sales person.

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...opean+delivery

Thanks.

Thanks.
It could be close to a 14% if you start your offer from Euro invoice...

How to price an ED M3....
start with ED invoice for base model
add options at invoice price (US delivery and ED are the same price for options)
add $825 for shipping
add $1300 GGT
add whatever dealer profit you want to add (suggest $500-1500)
make that your "take it or leave it" offer to the dealer

^ yep.

E90 M3: ED MSRP: $51,010; ED Wholesale: $46,930
E92 M3: ED MSRP: $53,800; ED Wholesale: $49,495
E93 M3: ED MSRP: $61,845; ED Wholesale: $56,895

Use the wholesale ED price you see there and add the options from the below link. Then add 500-1k for dealer profit and that will be your total.

I think you can get a little better than that.

You could do better, but it is a fair deal. Not sure a few hundred bucks is worth the hassle...especially if the dealership is close and you are going to take it there for service.

$500-$750 over ED invoice.

As stated in other threads, the ED won't come out of the dealer's M3 allocation. So in essence, you're paying the dealer to "process" the order. I think $500-$750 is a fair offer. Just make sure you work with a very knowledgeable CA that knows their ED.

Gluck!

ED?

Just wanted to revive this thread again for some clarification.

I contacted one of my local dealers with the exact figures for the ED invoice price as the previous posts along with invoice pricing for options, it went pretty much like this:

2009 M3 Coupe @ ED Invoice Price: $49,495.00

Options:

2MK M-DCT @ Invoice Price: $2,640.00
ZPP Premium Package @ Invoice Price: $1,820.00

Total: $53,995.00 plus GGT, sales tax, etc.

However, this is the reply I received from the sales associate I was dealing with:

The price you spec out is not correct, can you redo it over at Edmund again, on a 2009 M3 Coupe base price is much higher then you spec, the car MSRP is $64875.00 with just two option than you want.

I remember clearly mentioning to him that this was for ED invoice and he kept going on about dealer invoice saying it was the same thing, I guess I just want to double check w/ you guys that I am correct?

Thanks in advance...

Your numbers sound right. It is a good idea to deal with a dealer/salesman that is familiar with Euro Delivery. It will minimize your headaches.

That sales associate doesn't know at all about ED. Get another one that does or simply go to another dealer.

Don't waste your time.

+1 ... RUN away from this dealer (unless you talk to another CA who knows the process). Even if you do manage to get it through that there is an ED .. they're probably so new at it ... your going to end flying there when your car is on a ship on the way back.

Would strongly suggest you write Dave Aviles from Russel BMW. I just bought from him.
