So a year, two years from now. How much quicker will SC E9x M3's get?

Only time will tell. I think some beastly M3's are in the works and will throw down some insane times in the future.

2 words..Pre-detonation. High octane race fuel prevents detonation.
Race fuel burns slower so its more efficient and Burns closer to top dead center.

Ill give you a good example. My buddies 997 Turbo runs Water/meth injection, hes cars Intake temp is around 60-70 degrees (aggressive driving). On hot days (90+) It reaches to about 100. All of this was monitored by the Dash Dyno. My C63 runs at about 90 degrees at 57 degrees on the FWY (going about 80mph) On idle it goes to about 130 degrees. So Like I said before water/meth injection makes a substantial difference.
i was being sarcastic when i said that
im aware of what meth does , although is it still needed when its 27 deg outside ? how much of a gain can you expect and that temp ?

Very nice Mike! Im more shocked with the just boost time.
The colder weather and perfect place (slight decline) is paying off.

BTW, what was your previous best??

No, not at this time. I have tried some VP100 before, but I did not see any improvement in performance.

Once again Mike amazing numbers
Correct me if I'm wrong but does this mean ESS Tuning holds the fastest S65 M3 60-130 time on 7.5lbs of boost ?.... wait fastest time period ( with NOS ) ?
Man .... reliability, longevity & Most powerfully efficient = Perfection
Great Product From ESS & once again hats off to AJ The tuner for making this possible for our cars
Standing ovation
Thanks! AJ has been very dedicated to making these cars perform their best in all weather conditions. I have been doing a lot of colder weather testing for him over the past couple of months and its starting to pay off. This would of not been possible without his assistance.

Yes it is. My previous best was a 7.3. Once the temp dropped into the low 30s and I had constant traction with the DRs I was able to dip into the 6s.

Looks awesome! I wish I could have super charged my M. I have a GT-R now though. The GT-R with the same amount of money dumped into it will run circles around the M. Not saying that means it's "better" -- the M is an entirely different beast and a great car -- the GT-R is cheaper to mod though. Would love to see my M supercharged!

That thing would crap all over the stock GT-R 60-130 though. The supercharger + nitrous, jesus. That 60-130 time is mind boggling. None of those other cars you listed are even in ball park range of that M 60-130. Ring is a different story, no clue until you run it. Big turbo upgrade + nitrous on the GT-R = scary.

I would be interested to see that M run against the GT-R though Should be a fun match. Lots of z06's running around with 700 whp and little money spent on them (basic super charger or turbo + minor suspension upgrades) that would hold their own very easily The fact that a luxury car can run that kind of time 60-130... kind of disturbing :P

Too bad you could get a base e90 M3, put a 625 SC kit plus nitrous, suspension and full exhaust cheaper than you could get a hold of a new GT-R stock.

The GT-R cost at least 15k more to start with though. It is cheaper to mod until you get over 650 whp then it gets really expensive. However, once you change out the rods, pistons, and rebuild the transmission with stronger parts the skys the limit on a GT-R.

That's pretty much what I did and installed everything myself.
