When I call the number, it says my car is in the body shop with an estimated finished producation date of May 5th. Isn't that today?!?! What gives?

I just called them again and the automatic message said, "Your vehicle has been delayed due to Mack211's car." So I asked to talk to a customer service rep and they said your car broke one of the painting machines!!! What gives man!

they updated the system every night around 4 5 am ... so call tmr u will get different message.

That's probably because the machines aren't used to doing colors other than AW.

you two are both delayed cuase I asked them to take extra care with the JB paint on my car and its in the paint shop today ahead of both of yours....and holding them up!

In the paint shop today, should be done tomorrow. Unfortunately the next ship to Charleston is the Courage.... Hopefully I can avoid that and get on one of the Kline ships instead.

Only difference being that the Courage is prone to tipping over. Two companies ship to Charleston, which is where your car would go through since you're in Texas.
