only option so far....
My budget can only go with this wheels so far. Need help on which way to go since i have a MR . btw ...brand is Concept One...are these rims any good?

I would not buy anything from a no name brand. As other say just stick with your OEMs

No idea about the quality but I think they look good. Someone had them for sale (check private sellers-->wheels section) about a month ago. I think they were on an m5 but proper m3 fitment.

Powder coat/paint your stock wheels or go with a quality wheel manufacturer (i.e.- Volk, HRE, BBS, Advan, etc). Don't buy cheap cast wheels from a company that just started making wheels.
