Help needed: CAS failed during update process

Hi,

My mechanic called me up last night, telling me that the update process failed while updating the CAS.

Now the car has no ignition, won't wake up at all.

Has anyone in here restored a CAS successfully?

If so, can you point us in the right direction on how to restore this module.

Any tipp is very welcomed.

Thans in advance

Stefan

What kind of connection was the mechanic using? I hope he has ISTA or he f@$&ed you. Is this a shop or a dude at home? Did he not have a power supply hooked up to the car? Sounds like he needs to buy you a new CAS.
