Any BMW of Austin customers on here?
Just wondering if anyone on here uses BMW of Austin and if so...experience? Do I need to be cautious every time I take it in that they aren't going to do what I ask or completely screw up my car?
I know the dealership is nationally ranked as best BMW service, but I want to hear it from actual experience.
