Order Status Question

Like many of you, I have been delayed at the port waiting for a shipping vessel since December. My car has had the same status since 12/17 but a few other east coast members that were in a similar situation appear to have made it onto a boat in the past week while I still appear to be waiting.

My CA did let me know that he would be on vacation for the the past few days but he did check before he left last week and agreed that his system also confirmed that the M did not get on a vessel yet.

My question is.... Do any of the members who have gotten on a boat (confirmed somehow by CA or cargo tracking) to the east coast in the last week or two still show up on the website or the 800 number as waiting at the port? I know the 800 number is usually a few days behind but it seems like most of the members with similar build dates and delivery location have now had their status updated to En route.

I finally made it on a boat (Undine) after a very long wait as well. It took a couple of days but both the 800# and my CA confirmed that I was on. Also, I was able to track my VIN on the Wallenius site, so it's coming.

Hope you make it on the very next boat.

I'm still showing at the port as well. Car was completed on Dec 16th and the website, phone and CA show the same.

Frustrating...

Not that it's good news, but hearing that you and probably others are still waiting makes it less concerning. My fear in being the only one was making me wonder if something happened to the car and they were trying to fix it. That would suck.

Thanks for the feedback fellas. Hopefully there will be some movement this week.

i have been on the dock since 12/17 and i just check order and it finally said in transit!!!

Just confirmed I am on the Elektra as well. Scheduled to arrive in NY on January 20th. Now were talken!!!
