Not sure on all the specific laws, but I believe if you make a webpage off a pirated copy of Dreamweaver and then make $1M off said website, Adobe could sue you for all of it.

Even if the above isn't 100% true, it's just careless to found your new business on a stolen product. Might as well just buy the program legit for a fraction of the headache it would cost you in the future.

Private != Commercial purposes. And the above is almost as laughable as people that pirate their OS and then complain that MicroSoft is bad when it breaks.
