New obd scan tool

Well guys, just got my autel maxisys pro scanner and love all the features it can do. I check my vehicle and it showed me all the modules that need an update. It also has the capability to flash them to the latest update and coding. For know I'll keep playing with it to learn what what else can I do with it. It's a little pricier then Carly

autel maxisys pro and I purchased from AESwave.com for $2700. Im a mechanic so the price is ok for me, since I will be using for other then the m3.

It's makes sense on your part as a tool for your job plus it's tax deductible! ?

so wanted to get familiar with the scan tool before i performed a flash, performed the latest flash and i do feel a quicker response from the throttle and smoother drive. If anybody in the los angeles area is interested in finding out what modules need updated or want a flash update, you can pm me.

So it can do programming to all modules on the car can you disable the factory speed limiter

Most tunes can do that. Not sure about even high level scan tools. They can reflash an ECU with factory software but I am not sure they can edit the ECU tune.
