Yousif, check out the Enkei RPF1. Depending on how wide you want, they're ~18-18.5lbs for a set of 18's.

Thanks, yah great weight and great pricing too...not digging the style as much...but 2/3 makes it a good buy.

Unfortunately, last i checked, by law you are required to pay your bill regardless of service or condition of food. It's up the the discretion of the business if they want to make it free

In that case, I would have first spoken to the manager, explain the problem and say that I would not pay for the food. If he/she did not agree, I would have then let him/her know that I was going to call corporate, the BBB, the city health department and the police to file a claim.... AND THEN make the calls while at the restaurant, making sure that everybody hears me... No restaurant wants to look bad. You can always get your way.
