250 over invoice in the NYC metro area (NJ). I have an established relationship with them, but I'm sure he can accommodate a fellow member of the boards for an equivalent deal.

Good lease deal?
Hi all,
Was wondering if this is a good deal on 2012 M3 Coupe: MSRP: $75,275 Invoice (includes everything like MACO): $69,885 Monthly payment:$899.99 including 8.75% tax 7MSDs of $6,300 (total OTD, no other fees) Residual: 62% MF (includes BMW loyaltly and MSDs): 0.00116 36 month 10k I know BMW is offering a $1,000 mission to drive incentive and I'm assuming that's built into this somehow as well. Basically this is what they are saying is final price. I misplaced the actual sell price and don't know how to back calculate from these figures.... What do you guys think? Good deal? Thanks! m3 Sedan pricing...
Looking for some guidance regarding what I might be able to achieve off of the sticker on a new m3 Sedan? If the options details matter I can provide them, but assume 2 scenarios... 1) loaded with competition package, comfort, and some carbon upgrades - sticker approx. 75k.... 2) very well loaded - sticker approx. 72K.
Would love some feedback. Initial response from dealer for scenario 1 was 2k off of sticker. I thought he should at least kiss me first. |

New to the BMW world
Yes... Another Newbie here. Drove a '12 M3 yesterday and it has my interest. Not a fan of the low torque but was very happy with the overall performance. Anyway... I built the car I wanted at the dealership; MSRP was $71,425 built as follows:
Base Price $59,900 Space Gray + $550 Black Novillo Leather + $950 Sycamore Wood Trim + $500 Premium Package + $4350 Dynamic Damper Control + $1000 19" Light alloy Double-spoke wheels style 220M + $1200 Moon Roof + $0 Sat. Radio with 1 yr. sub + $350 Enhanced Premium Sound + $1900 D&H + $875 GGT + $1300 I sent Ryan an email but was just curious as to what a fair price for the car would be. Oh, this will be a lease; 36mo. 10k per year. Any thoughts??? |

I'm looking to lease a M3 or a RS5. I just sent an email to Ryan.
new 2012 / 2011 M3 coupe (whichever is a better deal) le mans blue metallic / jerez black metallic / mineral white metallic (I can't decide on a color yet, one of the metallics) competition package premium package w/ black novillo leather (what is the difference for extended?) M Double-clutch Transmission with Drivelogic Enhanced Premium Sound Hopefully he gives me a good quote. I kinda have my mind set on the RS5 but if the M3 is a steal I will take it Also this would be for 18k miles /yr or whatever the max miles/ yr is since I plan on driving it a lot. I forgot to tell Ryan that. |
