? quick replace rotors?

Can I replace the rotors without removing the pads or calipers? I think if I tilt the disc it will clear the hub flange and come out of the caliper. Slide in new OEM disk with same pads.

Anyone know. ??

not sure if this is serious but to answer your question is NO.

it takes half an hour to removed the rear or front rotors.. i replaced my front and pads in 45 minutes. make sure you have all the proper tools and some extensions...

Asking a question like that means you have never worked on rotors/brakes/calipers or you would know the answer is no. DIY- look it up then try. Its the only way to learn.

I've done plenty of brake jobs and on this vehicle too. I have a set of used rotors w/25k to replace mine with 100000 miles. Pads are 75% remaining. You don't have to insult me to offer a comment.

Front just unbolt the caliper and move it out of the way and you are good,

Rear you need to remove the caliper support bracket too to get them off.
Still a quick job.

I was able to get the right front rotor to slip out without removing the caliper. (just to see if it was possible). But I could not get the newer thicker one in so I removed the caliper. All done and much better than my old 100,000 mile rotors.

i thought that might be a possibility but i always had studs as well which means the rotor has to come straight out sliding the length of the stud, thats what she said.
