There are several offsets for the M3. I have a lowered E92 on H&R springs and had no problems with these wheels. It was a conservative setup and I don't run spacers. You can tell from the picture that the wheels are almost flush but not quite. I don't think there would be any rubbing problem if that is what you're worried about. The set up I have now is 19X9.5 et 33 and 19X11 et 25. It is perfectly flush with the quarter panel and fender.
