08 6mt 54k on clock...thinking add 09 DCT

I love my 08 6mt premium package only white sedan. My business leased it and when the lease was up, the business bought it, and then almost a year later I bought it from my business. Business paid 35,000 and that was with tax, almost a year later and I bought it from my business for 33,000 and that was with tax. Love, love the car.....leather prem, no i drove or comfort, 18" wheels

Saw a 09 DCT might be gone soon, but would it be crazy for me to get the 09 DCT with like 31k miles for the wife to drive.

Note: I couldn't see buying an extended warranty for like over 4,000 bucks on my 08 so over 54,000 miles on the clock and going strong.

Will the 09 DCT depreciate a lot ?

Differences between the two .....as I never drove a DCT they want like 49,900 for the car opinions......It's white also.

Thanks

Garage List
just took delivery of a '09 DCT for $43k, 41k miles, one owner (dealer sale). But $49k seems to be about the normal asking price average for '09s from most dealers

You should be able to talk the price down a bit. $49k seems a bit steep for a 09-DCT when you can pick up a 2011 for about $51k around here (Southern California).
