Someone tried to break in my vehicle

looks like underground parking for apartment. where you live? Downtown?

probably the most dangerous place for a car to be parked. while i still at vancouver, my X5's window got smashed and broken in when i parked at my friend's apartment at Downtown.

LOL at the RCMP, they don't do jack for car break in these days.

You must live in the suburbs of Vancouver. RCMP doesn't work in the city of Vancouver.
Do you have an alarm for your car?
