Rpi GTM axleback

Hey guys i have a rpi gtm axleback and i wanted to get rid of my cats for more power... does it matter if i use any x pipe will it still be loud as hell? i daily drive and wouldnt mind it being a little louder but not insane...

depends on the x pipe but all of them will add lots of noise, but if your doing all that who cares,...... make it loud and wake up babies

True but i mean i was told to only pair it with Rpi front pipes..., plus my right exhaust pipes are hanging down an 1nch then the left because the person who had a axleback welded on cut it off so they told me if i opted for an xpipe it would not hang but im still looking around. Do all X pipes basically do the same thing?

seriously... look into the challenge race x pipe, sounds amazing and adds a nice amount of realized gains

any x-pipe should do just fine... i did a custom one and it works just fine if you ask me

Ok will def look into it i didn't really want to spend 1400+ for another exhaust piece so i was looking for some nice used ones. Is there any other company out there with a nice exhaust that doesn't break the bank to much

id hold off for one used if you dont want to pay for it new, i cant name to many x pipes i would go with that are on the cheaper end, alot of people i know run that xpipe on stock and there ess cars and when i took the pipe off a noticed a huge difference in power

not saying theres anything wrong with any of the others, but from experience i know what worked in terms of gains and sounds, car sounds mean tho! sick

Well i know a nice x pipe would be awesome for power, since at the same time i get the x pipe i am getting the Rogue engineering pulley and the ESS tune with it. Its either challenge, Akra or custom... maybe a few others in mind not sure.
