Ohlins-change oil

Did you guys who use Ohlins R&T have changed the oil according to the manufacturer's recommendation(2 yrs period) or just do nothing until leak?

Dunno if these have been out long enough for anyone to change the oil. Hopefully someone will chime in.

Ohlins's Taiwan agent suggest the maintenance period is 2 years for securing the 5 years warranty and state the maintenance work can be done within a whole day, but the cost is damn high(20% price of a brand new set)!
I don't know the policy in the US, but if the same with Taiwan, will you consider to change oil every 2 years? Or just use it until leak and then directly change another set?
