Ecu+pulleys= 0-60?
HI, i am pretty sure i will be putting in the aa pulleys and ecu together. i know they offer gains in both hp and tq, but wondering if there is any noticebale gain in terms of times?
has anybody tried there's out. assuming that a 6mt e92 stock runs 0-60 in a conservative 4.6 secs, would one with just ecu and pulleys be any quicker, how much? i drove with m3 montreal, and he was noticeable quicker from a rolling start, but he has more work done. thanks again not looking to drag the car, more curiosity. also how does the powerchip compare to the aa chip/// |

That's a good question. I wonder how much of a difference it would make

i assume a good airfilter would be a logical add-on at this time. |

Agreed, you will most likely see bigger gains in the 0-60 area if you simply use a fatter tire like a 285 or bigger.

As a rough rule, 10hp would equate to about 0.1 sec in the 1/4 mile, so I would guess around 2-3 tenths with those mods.
