You should be covered. Obviously, the original tires would have been replaced prior to the end of road-hazard tire/wheel coverage you purchased. It should cover whatever tire/wheel you're running.

Just make sure to bring the paperwork with you and check the tread left on the tire, read your manual before you call the tow via BMW assist.

You should not have deleted your original question (as the apparent OP now reads above), since the thread now makes no sense, and people will wonder "got what taken care of?" A post at the end that it was successfully resolved would have been nice, since a lot of people like to learn from other's experiences.

Glad your experience with your purchased road hazard coverage was good, even with non-OEM rubber, as it should make no difference.
