So long as it has been maintained properly 60,000 miles is high but not problematic. The key thing is whether you're getting the extended warranty or not. I'm not sure I'd want to own my car past the BMW extended warranty and maintenance plans I have (and my car has been very reliable - I just know the planned maintenance isn't cheap and the unplanned maintenance would make me cry if I ever had to buy a new DCT tranny for example.)

There was an E92 M3 (2008) on Autotrader with well over 120k miles for sale. That was impressive.

I have 72k and have not replaced anything in the car except normal maintenance.... Meaning oil change why replace if its not needed...but i recently replaced my Tranny oil and diff fluids 2 - 3 weeks ago.. wait until you get the warning lights. do your normal oil change every 7k. also why replace the clutch? do you need it?.. if not keep driving it and replace when needed.
