2011 E92 M3 A/C Recharge Ports
Can anyone tell me where the low-side refrigeration port is on 2011 E92 M3? Using the A/C Pro Recharge but can't locate the low port. Thanks for any help!

Let me start by saying that I'm mechanically incline and would take a look at anything before going into a dealer. My advice with the AC is to take it to an ac guy. I already worked on replacing one evaporator because my friend thought he could do it. Some things are better to seek professional guys. I wouldn't do painting, windshield, tires and ac on any car. If you have done it 1,000 times on BMW go ahead, but with the question asked I don't think you have done it. Change fluids, filters, some audio, some coding, all mechanical issues and lots of detailing. Other than that I'm wouldn't go into my car M3. My advice....

I had more success taking it to an independent shop, they go by weight.

What are you seeing for the static pressure when you first connect?
Pardon the Highjack, but I am troubleshooting mine and am not sure what is going on. Compressor clutch appears to be engaged all the time regardless of settings but the pressure is 80 psi both high and low. Is the clutch different on an m3 or should the center of the wheel indeed stop? Going to try to short the low pressure switch next of I can locate it. Mainly for the fact I had to recharge it every year of the 5 years I owned it. My leak was slow enough that if I charged it late spring time it would make it through the worst of the summer. Yes if the evaporator located under the dash is leaking you will not see the dye.
