Trouble streaming music

Sorry if this had been covered, but I couldn't find anything (harder to search on my phone). The car doesn't think I have any music on the phone, and technically it's all saved in the Google music folder. Is there a way for the car to stream my music from Google Music or other music apps like Pandora without using the aux cable? Or does it have to be saved on the SD card?

Yeah I thought that would work, but when I go into the bluetooth audio menu on the car, my phone shows up, but the music icon is grayed out.

Sounds like you don't have a media combox then. Would be a worthwhile upgrade!

It's a loaded up March 2013 build with "6VC" combox controller. Is that what you're referring to?
