Residue value at lease end is $52k.

Owner is not looking to make any $$ out of it. He's looking for a simple lease take over (or if someone wants to buy it) without parting out the car. Whoever meets his term first will get the car. Thank you.

They're very fair terms.

By the way, it doesn't have CWP but does it have heated seats? I know a lot of people would hate it if their vert didn't have heated seats (I know i would)

One more thing. The E93 M3 comes with the ski bag pass if anyone's interested in taking the car to Lake Tahoe or Mammoth during winter!
