Not required with that transmission. The clutch is used to start and stop in first gear. All other gear changes are done without the clutch. Therefore no heel toe required.
I don't know if the car automatically blips the throttle (like DCT) or not but it doesn't seem to be an issue. They might use a slipper clutch that allows the motor to slip on downshifts and not grab causing the tires to break loose on the downshift.

Yes I know that...however I didn't know if there was some sort of automatic throttle blip to smooth out the downshifts.
