I also found this legal interpretation on headlamp color, written it 2000: http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/...21118.ztv.html I have not had the fortitude to wade through all the governemntal mumbo-jumbo, but it appears yellow was acceptable for headlamps at one time, but may or may not be now.

I'm thinking about 9.5s in the front to cut down on understeer and enable rotation.
