How many high-mileage M3's out there?

Just curious - I've had mine since mid-2008 and now have just short of 30K. I believe from some posts over past few months some with '08s and '09s are well over 50k - anyone have any significant reliability issues yet? (I haven't).

I have 54,000 + miles on my 2008 M3 its modded with everything but a Super Charger

problems I had so far

. #7 Valve Spring came off

, New transmission because 3rd gear would grid at high RPM

. Most resent problem fixed as of last week Throttle Control Valve along with a faulty #2 o2 Sensor and Spark Plugs needed to be replaced. No other problems so far

I've just had my engine replaced by BMW - 30k. Funny knocking noise, they replaced the crank - but that didn't fix it. So, now I am running in a new 2011 S65...

engine replacement? Wow, did the actual invoice say why?

The dealer probably didn't even know what the actual root problem was so that's why they replaced the motor.

Yea some guy in bimmerfest had 100k + with no issue. i believed he track the car as well...
