S55 tuned is a beast. I just got my Stage II Alpine tune from Alex, 6MT. Feels great!

Yes..I also have the Alpine stage 2 (GTS) flash on my F80.

Heat soak isn't a huge issue for the S55 (and especially in the PNW)..BMW engineered the cooling pretty well.
