Help to locate a e92 M3 center console trim coverplate?

I've been trying to locate a center console trim cover for my 2009 e92 M3 and I was told it was 51-45-9-118-703 which I ordered and received. However in the photo below, you can see it has no cutout for the heater button row.

I brought it back and they said that's the only part number for my car. It's obviously not the right piece, I'm looking for a cover that includes the cutout for the seat heater button row, can anyone help?

Thank you lmb.m3 sooo much!! I wonder why my VIN pulls up the one without the cutout - its not like I had the heated seats put in afterwards?
