Just ordered the top speed x-pipe off ebay for $450. It should be here on Thursday. I will post a review with pictures and video once i get it. It will be paired with a megan racing axel back so we shall see how the sound goes. I have a strong feeling that some kind of resonators will soon be added but we shall see...

Is this X-pipe still being sold?
So the general consensus seems to be buy this pipe and then add your own resonators or HFC's to it?

You can find it on ebay or the top speed website. In my opinion, If I were to do it again, I'd just keep the stock x-pipe, slap on a pair of acm/turner test pipes and call it a day. You minimize the rasp and smell but still get the majority of the power gains.

Or buy a used x-pipe configured the way you want. I had about $800 into the final product and that was with me buying the resonators, fitting and cutting the pipe and tack welding the four resonators. I paid someone to tig the final welding.
