6sp manual Transmission Oil and Diff Oil

What trans and diff oil do you guys use in your M3's? My car has 77,000 kms and is sometimes hard to shift into second gear when cold. The diff has some diff lash though this might be normal.
I'm thinking of using Red Line in both the diff and trans.
Red Line 75W80 MTL Gear Oil (Tras Oil)
Red Line 75W140 GL-5 gear oil (Diff Oil)

Your comments and opinions appreciated.

Diff lash is normal in these cars as they age. Also you will get some chatter from the driveshaft. Pointless spending good money to fix this as these are characteristics of a car with motorsport DNA for daily driving.

For Diff I used the OEM oil while for the 6SP I went with Liqui Moly. When I changed the gearbox oil after seven years there was no discolouration or burnt look. So when BMW say it's a lifetime fill there is a reason to why it is so. Regardless, I changed the 'box oil and the diff oil at the same time. It's an easy DIY if you're planning. Bit fiddly though.

Yeah I figured the diff lash would be normal for RWD performance vehicles as I've experienced it before in a car I previously owned. I think I'll also go with the OEM oil after speaking with a local performance shop.

With regards to the trans oil, does anyone know if the DCT and Manual use the same oil?
I've come across an oil that is recommended for a 6sp mt though on the label it says its for DCT. I just want to make sure its fine.

Did you buy your OEM diff oil from BMW?
What about your trans oil? I want to buy both oils this week so I can DIY this week end.

Yes, I bought the diff oil from BMW, and the transmission oil from Super Cheap Auto. I went with Liqui Moly.
