New M3 hard to buy?

I just contacted my dealer and he says he can't order M3's anymore. He may be able to find a frozen version somewhere.

Did they stop making them?

There are two new frozens in Dallas... Absolutely stunning.

BMW of Dallas has a frozen white, Classic BMW has a frozen blue (not sure which blue)

I saw the white in person... Took a lot of willpower not to rite a check on the spot... Also a reality check.

try to find one near you, there's bunch near CT, NJ, NY dealer lots, mostly E93 thou...

I agree, my dealer did a nation locate and there are quite a bit of 93s out there

The BMW Frozen Blue is Frozen Monte Carlo Blue, I believe. (I'm sure Jimmy or someone else will correct that if I'm wrong.)

We have sold two "indiv" frozen blue M3's so far. One of which I posted on the forums a week or so ago. We did not opt for the frzn edition M3. The frozen blue color has been called frozen MCB or frozen blue. I would have to double check with Ryan but on the order sheet I believe its called just frozen blue. In person it does look MCB with a really dull finish.

as far as ordering M3's goes:
We are sold out of April Allocations but we still have 1-2 spots open for May allocations

Yes e93's will prob be a little easier to find on lots due to demand on those (we have one on the lot now and we are selling it 500 under invoice + incentives) but I would expect the e92M will be very hard to find on lots. The ones that are going to be on lots will most likely either be way over priced or some sort of weird configuration.

If I had to guess I would say for us, depending on how many allocations we get after the couple we have now for May, you will not be able to order a e92M3 from us personally after first week of May. Now thats just my guess.

either way at the end of the day if you want one your better find a dealer who has a allocation now and grab it. Happy hunting.

That's because they were insane and impossible to deal with when trying to buy one. They would not sell the black standard edition one for less than 500 OVER MSRP - much less under.

I ended up buying from Pacific BMW in California and having it shipped here - even though the perfect car was sitting at north Scottsdale right by my house for months.... (Sigh)

But assuming they wake up and start offering realistic prices, I've not had any other problems with them (I purchased a few other cars from their dealers in the past).

They do have an awesome inventory...

I just tried to order and allocation is slim to none it seems.. I figure now just hold out until the F80 and decide to go that way or used 2012-13.

According to BMW NA, there are still allocations until June. However, it wont be as much as it was before...some dealers may not even get any.
