Best time to buy used???
Hey guys... I was wondering if you could help me out..
I've been on the hunt for the past month or so for a used 08/09 E92 DCT (Tech+Prem Package). less thank 40k miles and CPO'd. Soooo... i've been on the hunt and they're going for around high 40s. I was hoping to find one for low low 40s.. but can't seem to have any luck. I was wondering.. since the new M3 should be coming out pretty soon (next year).. Should I just wait til the end of the year? orrrrr.. Just wait it out til next year when the new 2014 M3 comes out? Thanks in advance for your input.. much appreciated! Mark ps. I HAVE //M Fever!! haha |

CPO'd will be hard since it will need to come from a dealer...you might try talking to a close dealer and see if they would CPO a car bought private party for some nominal fee.
Dealer prices are negotiable, if the price is within a few thousand perhaps you can negotiate a bit. California does have the best selection and lowest prices in the nation from my recent experience. You can be sure to get a great deal if you stay patient. |

You don't need to buy a CPO from a dealer, it can be a 2nd owner car who already had it CPO'd. There are also private party warranty's out there better tha CPO...no deductible and the mileage is more appropriate for a M3. The CPO is 2 years and 50k mile extension...who drives an M 25k miles a year?
