Front Plates?

I just got popped by a Marlyand Transit Authority cop on the ramp of BWI airport... $60 fine for no front plate. I went for 2 months before I got tagged. My Z4M went for 6 months before having to mount a plate. I did order one of those tow hook plate mounting kits, but I think its looks worse than drilling the holes and mounting the factory plate holder. One thing... I have a 1973 RT Challenger with a blown 426... the freaking blower hangs out of the hood and blocks my view, tubbed rear end with one wheely bar. Anyway you get the point... I have not had a front tag on that car since I owned (1983). I have never had a cop question me about no front tag.

Yeah got one a few days ago taking a turn a bit fast in my friend's 997 Turbo. Gone for 8 years without getting one in the S4 (although i have gotten parking tickets for it, which just require you to pay a fine $40 or so).

Fixit tickets in SoCal are more of a warning shot/couldn't get you for anything else I figure.

front plates are gay... last 3 tickets i just pulled up to my local chp station and stuck the plate to the front alla double-sided 3m tape. works every time!

NO, to the front plate!! Here in TX we are suppose to have one, but I don't and the cops dont say anything about it.
