Poly diff bushings were done prior to the cf driveshaft or at the same time? These have to be the culprits.

Prior, when I got Solid Subframe Bushings installed.

I think an unbalanced Driveshaft would not only make a slight whine/hum/drone at 150km/hr, but we'll see if I can have it sorted out.

Did you have the driveshaft balanced before install?

Typically a driveline shop will balance it with weight before installing, much like wheels and tires.

Talking UPDATE - OEM Good

I had New OEM Differential Bushings in place of the Powerflex Purple Polyurethane Bushings last week. After driving it for a few days I am happy to report that all the noises and whines that I reported earlier is ALL GONE. 0-150km/hr is back to normal, but with the added aggression and directness of having the CF Shaft. There used to be a bit of clunking when I am in parking lot speeds (Clutch in & out), that's gone as well.

So if you plan to get a CF Driveshaft, make sure you have OEM Diff bushings. Solid Subframe Mounts are fine (I have Turner Solid Aluminum).

Glad you got it sorted out, but too bad the driveshaft does not play nice with poly diff bushings.

How does the OEM bushings and CF shaft compare to when you had the poly bushings and OEM shaft in terms of NVH?

With the Poly Bushings & OEM Shaft, the drivetrain would have clunks and clanks going over speed bumps with clutch in/out in parking/low speeds.

With the OEM Bushings & CF Shaft, the car don't make any clunks and clanks. The floor will start to shake/vibrate as you drive past 60mph and continue to build up as speed rises. It's very racecar feeling.

The car feels smoother and tighter with the latter. In terms of NVH, it's a bit hard to say because the scope of the NVH changed. In city speed it just feels normal, so with the wife & kid I would prefer the OEM Bushings & CF Shaft in place.

How loud is your exhaust now compared to when you just had the exhaust mod done? Do you still have the exhaust mod muffler?

Under 3000rpm, it sounds pretty much the same.

Stomp on it and it's loud! I don't have a comparison as to how loud it is, but right now it's like that I have a valved exhaust. Under 3000rpm, kitten; over 3500rpm, lion.

Any smells with the high flow cats? Also curious if this would pass emissions checks?

And amazing build!! Many many of the mods I would like to do. Just picked up the RE front tension arm bushings for example.
