^ Nice. Congrats.

Leaving her stock? Appears to be now. The paint looks like it could use a good claying and rich wax.

Seat leather still looks great. Some of the 996' seem to get more "crinkly" than others of the same mileage.

Thanks. For now yes keeping it bone stock. The paint is actually in excellent shape. It just needs a wash. These were done with a phone camera.

There are a few stone chips up front, but where I live, I'll be adding many more.

Porsche offers two leather types - one is tight with stiching the other is called "soft leather" which is ruffled like in this car. The seats are amazing. More comfortable and planted than my BMW sport seats which until this car were the best factory seats I have seen in a car.

Hey Nikolas,

Congrats on the ride! 996TT is one of the best values right now if you want a P-car

Thanks, yes it is an incredible value for what you get. I am amazed at how well it is constructed. The full leather is amazing. Even the dated bose stereo system sounds better than my logic 7. I just got back from a drive and man that car is so smooth in every way. Suspension is stiff, but that is to be expected. We are getting snow this week, so in the garage it goes as I don't have snow tires for it yet.

I said it was a 50K car.

The prices are coming back up and that could easily be a 60K car if clean and optioned. Wholesale in the 50's.

That is an incredible deal. If you don't do it, I will.
