Long story short found a new house need out of the car to make it happen.

08 e92 m3 melborne red with bamboo interior, 8k miles, legal (30%) tint, Grills painted melborne red, fully loaded except for cold weather package. $70,000 msrp.

Tech package, nav, extended leather, enhanced sound, 19's, Everything.

1 owner, non smoker, no paint work, car is as close to new as can be with only 8k miles.

The car does not have heated seats. It is the only option that the car does not have.

For anyone who is interested it looks like cross country shipping could be done for $750 on the cheap end all the way to $1500 for enclosed transport with insurance and drop off service.

That price is based on Birmingham, Alabama to Los Angeles, California.

It has been brought to my attention that I may not be 100% correct saying that my car has every option except the cold weather package. So I figured the best way for everyone to see exactly what options the car has was just to post of pic of the window sticker. It's a little hard to read but it's better than nothing.

I shipped my car from Birmingham to Portland OR exactly one year ago and the cost was $1450 for enclosed transport. Just an FYI.

Brings back good memories... did you originally purchased from Tom Williams BMW? They are great guys, did my PPI for free and stored my car while waiting for transport.

Something about Birmingham and great M3 deals! This won't last long guys!!!

With just a quick look, you're missing several options:

1. Cold Weather Package (or Heated Seats, only)
2. DCT
3. PDC
4. Power Rear Sunshade
5. Anti-theft Alarm
6. Automatic High beams
7. Smartphone Integration

Your car has many great options (and a great price), but, it's not loaded with all options. No matter. It will likely sell quickly. GLWS!

I actually got it from Sunbelt BMW in Mississippi.

It's looking like it's going in for trade @ $46K, the tax advantage get me close enough to what I was looking for. I'll update the thread if/when it is finalized.
