From the dealership to the garage... thats my winter mode. German winters are no joke and they salt the absolute HELL out of the roads. If I werent in Germany, I would consider driving it with the blizzacks

snow shoes!
Here are my new snow shoes! Just had them put on today. Sorry for the piss poor iphone photos, but I'll post real photos after I get the car washed and detailed next week. I got some AC Schnitzer Type V 18" replicas with Pirelli Sottozero's. I reallly like the look! Can't wait for the snow to start falling!
side note, 18's plus snow tires are such a softer ride compared to the competition wheels...

Garaged October/November until April. Winter or all season tires are required in Germany for the winter months. Having been raised in New England, I have seen the beating the paint can take from winter road treatment.
If I was home this winter, I would driving a Honda CRV as a winter vehicle. At least I get back home in early summer!

I have a set of M6 reps that I would like to use for my winter set up for the new M3. Can anybody recommended a tire and size if the current General Exclaim summer tires on them are 235/35/19 & 265/30/19? BTW, the front offset is 35 and the rear is 33.
