102,4xx miles - 2008 SG e93.
Running fine. Had a small transmission fluid gasket leak repaired. Also has needed oil cooler replaced twice... one due to hitting a raccoon last year and the other due to hitting a dead deer in the road 2 weeks ago. My next mod will probably be this.... |

Almost 230k miles and still running strong. Recently received a performance tune by Alpine(thanks Alex!) and was playing around with 6spd launch control. http://vid250.photobucket.com/albums...psga0uszsr.mp4 |

Bearings at 147800 miles
Could be worse. But I'm glad to have it done none the less. Blackstone analysis was always good. No noises. Replaced the motor mounts too.

Has anyone come up with a solution that lets you track rod bearing wear? I would like to add an E90 to my collection in a few years, but I'd be reluctant to if there's no definite way to monitor bearings. In that case I would probably buy an E36 or another E46.

Well the time has come. After 209,000 miles my mechanic has convinced me to replace the rod bearings and rod bolts on my M3 so after looking thru the forums I've decided to go with VAC Motorsport's rod bearing/bolts. It's also time for a new battery so I bought a coding cable from BPM Sport so I can register it. I'm Not paying the dealer to do that. I'm also getting a new clutch kit, and fluid change for my DCT Transmission.

nice, I'm at 74k and started looking around for ESS 625 - 650 and then thinking about changing bearings too. Right now doing Blackstone every time I change oil
