what about cash on top on your end for a low mileage M3.

Also, how did you convert the exhaust? just cut the pipes and rerouted?

I need the cash more than anything. I'm only Considering cars where i can get at least $10k on top.

The exhaust is just a muffler delete similar to the FabSpeed bypass pipes except i rerouted to the center instead of the sides.
