I run 4mm spacers in the rear for better fitting, but it´s just optional.
You even can use the OEM screws with the 4mm´s. 265/30-19 is the widest you can use for the front, but you have to take care that the tire width is close to the lower limit of the tolerance -otherwise you will encounter scrubbing!!! I use the PZero Corsa for that reason.

So let me clarify,

19x9.5 ET27 E46 CSL rear wheel at all 4 corners
Running 265/30/19 front and 285/30/19 rear?
Do you think I can get a 265/35/19 to fit at all 4 corners without spacers?

That should work fine although a 5mm spacer minimum will be needed in the rear or it will look really tucked in and too close to the strut.
