I'm wondering if it would fit and then enable the ability to rotate the set-up instead of having the staggered set-up.
Thanks
This is the E46 M3 ZCP with 9.5" ET27 (rear) at all 4 corners, with 275/30 tires and 5mm (front) and 20mm (rear) spacers:

The rear E9x M3 ZCP (10" ET25) wheel extends 8mm more than my E46 M3 ZCP rear. It will poke out some 3mm over my 5mm front spacer setup, and mine is already outside the front fender line so slightly but perfect for me.

If this is only for the track then it may work, but it will look ghetto in the front in the street, IMO.

Nevertheless, I love my square setup both in the track and in the street. No more sudden, uncontrollable understeer, just balanced handling and grip. And the bonus is that I can rotate the tires...

Do you have a shot of the front from the side or top to show the 3mm protrusion?
Thanks for the advice.

I don't understand what are you asking for, I don't have the E9x M3 ZCP wheels as stated above.

The 3mm that I'm talking about is the difference between my front E46 M3 ZCP rear wheel with a 5mm spacer front setup and the E9x M3 ZCP rear 10" wheel installed in the front without any spacer, i.e., it will stick out.

25 is perfect. 28 is basically max allowable IMO. there would be <5mm of space until the strut. so <28

I tried one of my rear wheels on the front today; OE 265/35-19 on ZCP wheel, 25 offset. I did not see that it protruded from the wheel well, but it rubbed at the front fender liner, just where the cooler vents are located. I did not turn it the other way to see if there was a rub in ther rear, should have I guess, but I decided it was not going to work for me. I don't know if the slightly lower spring height might create the clearance problem, in which case it might work with the non-zcp spring. It appears that there is little room for larger front tires. Of course, the ZCP wheels are 10" wide, a bit more than the minimum for a 265 tire. Could be a 9.5" wheel with the right offset would work.

I know what you have and understand your set-up
I only wanted to see if you had pictures showing how 'flush' your set-up is on your E90...

Reason us because of the 265/35 tire. In the front, should be 265/30.

Huh?...then you cannot rotate since the front and rears are different sizes...

The question is whether this wheel & tire assembly will rub through the fender liners.

The factory 18" rear OE wheel & tire definitely rubs when run up front...
But it made the car fawesome to drive.
+1 I did this for a year and loved everything about it except the holes in my front fender liners.

I personally think the ZCP wheels are wrong for this,
a) because they're so F'n heavy.
b) because you'd have to run such a short sidewall

I run 18 x 10's @25p as my track setup all round with 275/35 's with no rubbing issues. So the Comp package rear wheel should be OK with the proper height of front tire in a 19".

Are the Comp Pkg. wheels from the E46 the EXACT same design? I've never looked at them side-by-side to make the determination. I'm considering running the E9X ZCP 10" rear, and the E46 ZCP 9.5" rear up front.

No, the E46 Comp package wheels are very different from the e9x competition package.

Thanks. Would you happen to have a side-by-side?

so its confirmed then that the stock ZCP rear wheel off a E9x M3 does not fit in the front with the stock 265/35/19 tire size.
hmmm...bummer...
