Great services at Sterling

Finally got my 1200 miles service done on the M3 yesterday.

I went to Sterling and asked for Ernie Guzman as my service advisor, a lot of you recommended him here. He's very polite and courteous, in and out in no time with my loaner. Andrew worked on my car and everything was awesome I am very satisfied and will definitely go back to them again!

Definitely recommend people going to Sterling and ask for Ernie

Oh and BTW, the car is something else when passing 5500rpm!!!! Also put the car in M mode and boy everything became that much more fun!

So when i bought my m3 at crevier I step by sterling to say hello...

Nope. He's Andrew, Ernie's tech. Dude's an awesome guy!

He's the one who actually gets down and dirty.

Wow, cool to have a BMW tech on the board!

Thanks for the recommendations on Sterling. You can't put a price on good dealer service.

You can also probably meet Andrew in person at the weekly Irvine mini-meets if you want to say hi or just have a chat. He's there most of the time. The man, the tech, the legend, Andrew.

I haven't met Andrew (my loss, I'm sure!) but I've now met a few guys down at Sterling and they've been great. Hands down, best dealership I've dealt with... ever.

just make sure you give ernie a call about 2 weeks ahead of your 1200 mile service if you want a bmw loaner.
