Just spoke to my CA at Passport and my car is en route with an arrival date of 4/2/08 in NY. I should have it about 4-6 days after that.

Yup, I think the average is about 6 days but I've heard that it isn't uncommon for the turnaround to take as few as 4. Meanwhile, I'm planning on making sure that Passport throws in the M3 floormats when I take delivery. Seems like other dealers are doing this no problem so make sure you get yours as well.

Thanks for the heads up JP, when I sold my 335i I kept the All weather floor mats with the intention of using them in the M3. I dont see on bmwusa.com that they offer all weather floor mats for the M3. I am really happy with how they have held up and how they looked in my 335i.

Oh Yeah! Technology Package is a must have. The wait is killing me but I think M-DCT/Sedan combination will be worth the wait.

car finished production and QC today waiting for transport to PDC, expected arrival is end of June. I have my car then

anyone else?

Quesiton for Boost or anyone who did PDC.
How much time did the dealer give you for a pickup date at PDC?
Did the dealer give you a choice before the car shipped either dealership delivery or PDC with a date?

To do PCD you have to reserve a spot right after your car goes into production. I started this process about 2 months before I took delivery of my car. You submit a date request with your SA and they communicate with the Performance center what dates are available. When it gets closer to vehicle completion and 3 weeks from the original requested date and based on availability, I was given three sets of dates about a week or so apart. I was also pushed back because of the release of the X6 but also here that there is a wait list for owners now. All in all even if it delays your delivery it is an experience of a lifetime. Here is a link to my experience: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=139130

JUNE! thats in a couple of days wow!

my car finished production friday and waiting for transport, Fairfax put a priority 9 for Performance Delivery but still have to call me to choose my dates. Sometimes I want to just bypass the PCD and just get it at Fairfax. But I like to drive an M3 on the tracks at its different EDC settings so I'll know the best way to set the M drive.

yes! it would be nice for us to finally get together and have a cruise and small get together photo shoot. I love to take at drive at Leesburg or Hamilton back roads. The GM of Fairfax is open to have us if anyone of you guys just like the idea let me know.

Sweet! all DC Metro e90/2/3 M3 on their Debut Cruise

If anyone is interested, I am going to take a cruise to Blue Ridge Mountain Road, then attack the the 11 mile road, then cruise home on saturday.

This is of course if the weather holds up.
