Wheel and Tire Setup
Well...my baby should be arriving early March, just did my ED back in Mid January. I've got a set of 19" Brombachers waiting to be installed: 9.5" +27 up front, 10.5" +19 in the back. My plan is to run 255/35 and 275/35 Vred Sentacs. I will be lowering her on KW V3s but don't plan to drop much at all.
I know camber will need adjustment but I feel pretty confident that with these specs I should be able to avoid rubbage. I wouldn't mind going a little wider in the back but then I think the chance of rubbage increases and I also wanted to maintain the 20mm difference between Front and Rear. I would appreciate any suggestions or experiences shared in regards to my proposed setup. I've gone through the rub no rub thread and it would seem to indicate that I should be okay. You should be OK with your proposed tire sizes. Your front offset may require a spacer to clear your KW's but it will be close. The rear offset is pretty aggressive and limits your tire size options. It's too bad you didn't have et27 in the rear and et19 in the front. If so you would have the luxury of running 275/30 & 295/30 tires. A 295 would definitely rub in the rear with your offset.
