This is exactly why i wanted to avoid the Knights, try to go against either the ducks or the sharks = the Knights are no joke!

To VGK credit, they did NOT let off the gas, and stepped on the throat(do sharks have a throat?) while the beast was down. they seem ready for game 2, as if the series were tied 0-0.

This will just be SAD if all 3 Cali teams get swept out of playing. At least we lasted longer than Canada, eh.

Looking forward to Jets-Preds tonight! Still think this is the series to watch (beyond the obvious Pens games)

Only caught the end of the 3rd last night night. Hard to believe with the dominating stats the Preds put up, that the Jets pulled out the W. Hellebuyck must have been seeing beach balls...

What can Laviolette tell his team after that one...

Yeah, I don't know what's worse a game like that or getting beat 7-0. When you put up a great game and get wiped out on the scoreboard that's gotta hurt.....and when your in the playoffs and don't put up a great game...that's gotta hurt too.

Wow. Boston blowing out Tampa. And halfway to a sweep. Other than the Pens series this 2nd round is pretty unpredictable.

Waiting to see how bad the Sharks get blown out tonight. Not even planning on watching.

Glad the Sharks tied it up...still don't know what to think about the interfearance call. Guess that's probably about as fine line as it could go...

Like I said though...you can fix a 7-0 game....

Edit...seeing top down on the NHL Network...looks a little worse. Decent call...

Glad the Sharks showed up this time--this type of game is what I figured every game would be like....guess I have to revise my prediction again.....forget it. Don't know.
Getting a split out of Vegas in the bigger picture is a good place to be--I get to watch the game on Monday.

Jones was super star and Fleury always is. The Sharks seemed to be a bit lackadaisical in that first OT and Jones definitely bailed them out.

Monday which should be a thriller as we know Vegas plays outstanding every game and the Sharks should be crazy excited to get back home in front of the fans.

I saw that..it was and not saying from a biased point. Jones was playing great and his stick position was changed. The Sharks were on their heels, granted, but I have to think that if his stick was not put out of position he would have been able to make a save. It's a game of inches.

I'm objective and if it was the other way around I would say it was unfortunate.

Yeah...NHL just showed a decent overhead view. I was listening on the way home from my game. Verbal doesn't cut it I guess...

I turned over to Galaxy when that 4th went in then get an ESPN update that sharks won

I guess I thought WPG was in Nova Scotia or something. Maps aren't my strongpoint. Even with Waze I go in circles, and I don't drink/drive

I didn't wear my lucky underwear. My fault, got a tad cocky with that first win.

Wow. that Jets-Pred game. Didn't see any but looking at the stats--Jets 50 shots and Preds 41...plus 56 blocks and figure in all the shots missing anything...probably near 200 shots in all.

Don't need to know about those underwear...in other news..saw part of that game and saw the goal/no goal review.

While it was pretty tough to make out I think it was a goal--one still shot they showed appeared to show the puck over the line with white showing between the puck and line. I wonder if they saw that shot. I must say that that was one of the most difficult video reviews to make out.

Was an awesome game all around. Love OT - love double OT even more!

Fiala had a hell of a finish on that goal. Way to hold it out under pressure like that.

I don't know what to say - I'm sure I sound like a homer, but it looked like a clear cut goal to me with white showing between the puck and line.

Little miffed by the goalie interference review where the guy hit Murray in the pad - instantly pulling him off the goalpost where it when in. You slow anything down, they'll always have time to reset. Needless, I'm sure it's just me being a homer. Next game, let's go.

Need Tampa to tie their shit at one a piece tonight. Hate Boston - hate that douche bag even more. Just a little worried that Boston may be better than everything gave them credit for...

Lifelong Caps fan here, I was and am still shocked by that call. Everyone in the pub was shocked too. I still have no idea how that wasn't called a goal. It was definitely in.

I still say yinzers in 5, 6 at the most.

I'm a firm believer that game 3 means the most...we'll see what happens tomorrow. Hagelin pleaded that he's ready to play, for us...it would sure help (since he's a Cap killer and all). Who knows about Malkin - I thought he was going to play in 2.
