yeah, but do you provide health insurance? Cali living expenses are on the high end as well so it make perfect sense that you are paying more for your employee.

lol my dad works and only him, mom just stays at home takin care of the kids
he worked his way up too, was an accountant before taking over the company
wanna be just like him but the difference is he's smart and hardworkin, i'm hardworkin..my sister inherits his intelligence

The Blackwell(correct name right?) is an awesome hotel. My friends worked there while majoring in restaurant services. God my knowledge of the OSU campus area has definately gone down hill over this past year. You should look into a serving job, hours aren't bad and the pay depending where you work is great.

But if you really wanna pinch some pennies while going out go to the Bier Stube. It's by 10th and High right next to some beer store type place, like 2 blocks south of taco bell. Cheap as hell and a good environment to go hang out at.
