Just got word from on the offsets, 19's usually weigh about 23 pounds and they have a 43 front offset and 32 rear.

These offsets should work for the E46 M3. We put the stock E92 M3 wheels on the E46 M3 and they fit very nicely and those offsets are more aggressive than these.

These offsets are not good for an E92 M3, just an E46. With a 43mm offset in front, you would need at least a 14mm spacer to put it where stock is, and 9mm in the front.

I agree, Modular Concept originally said they were M3 fitment though.
