NE Ohio BMW M servicing & detailing Qs

Hello, my 2013 m3 is in bremerhaven. which is the best dealership to get a M serviced in the cleveland/akron region? planning ahead for the 1200 mile service, don't want any oil overfill mistakes etc i've been reading about. ive seen 3 are "m certified" but that seems to be alot about sales expertise etc from the description on their websites.

also, any detailing recommendations, would prefer akron-north canton. anyone use autobahn in n. canton?

thx

I always use BMW Cleveland at Rt 91/422 in Solon. They are an M certified dealership and their service department is top notch. Don K. is my service advisor and has always gone above and beyond.

Also watch out for Detailers. Many will screw up your car more than anything. Go to the detailing section and pick up some stuff and do it yourself. I picked up a Griots Garage polisher and do it all my self.
