Lease 2009 M3
I want to place an order for a 2009 M3. I need the car by march/feb. I am worried about the lease payments. I would like them to be in the 700s(where the 2008s are now). What do you guys think I should do?

Put a $HIT ton of money down, that's the only way to get those numbers.

why not lease a 2008 while the deals are still around? Aren't the '09 leases $300-400/month more than the '08's? Even if you don't "need" the car until Feb. Still cheaper overall to lease now since the '09 rates are soo much higher.

Be patient. Nothing is going to get better for the auto industry anytime soon. No one wants to buy big ticket items when they fear for their job security. Good things come to those who wait and I plan to wait and score me a deal like the 2008s are going for on a 2009.
