Fold down rear seats, standard on 09 coupe?

I've looked at the 2009 price list and saw that the "fold down rear seats" shows as standard on the coupe. I always thought that you had to order the cold weather package to get this. Was this standard on 08 coupe as well? Or is this new for 09?

Standard on all E92 since the debut in 2006 (at least in US, not sure about all contries), including M3.

Optional on all E90 since the debut in 2005 (again, US), including M3.

I thought split fold-down seats were standard on the coupes as well. At least it was on mine. It was an option on my e46 sedan, though. I think the ski pass-through is the option that comes with the cold weather package.

Fantastically std on my coupe.. lets me load diving gear, shotgun cases and ammo or 2 golf bags and their fold up carts..

The space for the ski pass through is present just the bag is missing to protect the interior..
